Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on October 10th, 2024, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for September 2024.

Sales revenue for September 2024 is expected at PLN 0.8 million. Thegross result at PLN -0.18 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.18million. Due to the stabilization of the Company's financial situationas a result of the acquisition of an investor, which the Issuer reportedin ESPI Current Report No. 26/2024, and the repayment of the overdraftfacility (ESPI No. 5/2024), the Management Board decided not to provideinformation on cash balances in reports on estimated monthly results.This information will be provided only in periodic reports.

Cumulatively, for the three quarters of 2024, the Issuer expects thefollowing results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 10.1 million,gross result at the level of PLN -0.7 million, net result at the levelof PLN -0.7 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 1.43 million._#160;

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2024 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be presented in periodicreports, including the annual report for 2024.
