TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on January 20th, 2023, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for December 2022.

Managementreports preliminary results for December and the full year 2022, laterthan the estimates reported in previous months due to the need toanalyze issues included in the annual account.

Salesrevenue for December 2022 is expected at PLN 2.0_#160; million. The grossresult at PLN -0.58 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.58million. The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 1.7million.

Cumulatively,for_#160; 2022, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues atthe level of PLN 37.3 million, gross result at the level of PLN 0.8million, net result at the level of PLN 0.8 million and EBITDA at thelevel of PLN 4.9 million._#160;

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual reportfor 2022.
