TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on February 8th, 2023, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for January 2023.

Salesrevenue for January 2023 is expected at PLN 1.90 million. The grossresult at PLN -0.12 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.12million._#160; EBITDA was at the level of PLN 0.2 million. The balance ofcash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 1.0 million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2023 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the quarterlyreport for the first quarter of 2023, rapport for the first half of 2023and annual report for 2023.
