The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on November 10th, 2023, theIssuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminaryfinancial results for October 2023.

Sales revenue for October 2023 is expected at PLN 1,47 million. Thegross result at PLN -0,22 million, net result at the level of PLN -0,22million. The cash balance in the Company's bank accounts at the end ofOctober 2023 amounted to PLN 1,1 million, using PLN 2,5_#160; million fromthe credit line.

Cumulatively, for ten months of 2023, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues at the level of PLN 18,08 million, gross resultat the level of PLN -0,08 million, net result at the level of PLN -0,09million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 2,9 million._#160;

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2023 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual reportfor 2023.
