TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on October 10th, 2022, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for September 2022.

Salesrevenue for September 2022 is expected at PLN 7,90 million. The grossresult at PLN 4,41 million, net result at the level of PLN 4,41 million.The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 6,23 million.

Cumulatively,for the first nine months of 2022, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues at the level of PLN 31,82 million, gross resultat the level of PLN 3,90 million, net result at the level of PLN 3,91_#160;million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 7,1 million._#160;

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the report forthe third quarter of 2022 and annual report for 2022.
