TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;theIssuer_quot;), informs that on November 17, 2022, in connection with work onthe financial statements for the third quarter of 2022, it becamenecessary to make an adjustment in the value of sales revenues achievedin September 2022, presented in ESPI No. 27/2022 dated October 10, 2022.Thischange also entailed changes in the value of net income and gross incomefor September 2022, as well as cumulative figures for the period to theend of September and the end of October (presented in ESPI No. 30/2022dated November 14, 2022).

Thechange was due to the need to include in the data for September thetotal amount of remuneration due to the originator of the Bidlogictechnology, following the disposal of the aforementioned technology.Previously, it was assumed that this amount should be included onlyafter receipt of invoices from the originator of the sold Bidlogictechnology. The Company announced the transaction in ESPI No. 22/2022dated September 1, 2022.

Updatedpreliminary data:September2022:Itwas:Salesrevenue for September 2022 is expected at PLN 7.90 million. Gross profitat PLN 4.41 million, net profit at PLN 4.41 million.Cumulativelyfor the first nine months of 2022, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues of PLN 31.82 million, gross result of PLN 3.90million, net result of PLN 3.91 million and EBITDA of PLN 7.1 million._#160;Itis:Salesrevenue for September 2022 is expected at PLN 6.91 million. Gross resultat PLN 3.41 million, net result at PLN 3.41 million.Cumulativelyfor the first nine months of 2022, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues of PLN 30.84 million, gross result of PLN 2.89million, net result of PLN 2.91 million and EBITDA of PLN 6.2 million._#160;

October2022:Itwas:_#160;Cumulativelyfor the first ten months of 2022, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues of PLN 34.22 million, gross result of PLN 2.97million, net result of PLN 2.98 million and EBITDA of PLN 6.49 million._#160;Itis:Cumulativelyfor the first ten months of 2022, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues of PLN 33.23 million, gross result of PLN 1.96million, net result of PLN 1.98 million and EBITDA of PLN 5.51 million._#160;

Theupdated figures will be included in the report for the third quarter of2022 and in the annual report for 2022.
