The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;), announces the list of Company Shareholders holding at least5% of the total number of votes at the Company's Annual General Meetingon June 7, 2023:

1. Jarosław Wojczakowski, number of shares 6,382,500, number of votes6,382,500; share of votes in the total number of votes at the AGM -59.05%, 19.77% of the total number of votes,

2. Remigiusz Koscielny, number of shares 4,426,250, number of votes4,426,250; participation in the total number of votes at the AGM -40.95%, 13.71% of the total number of votes.
