TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), publishes the list of the Company's Shareholdersholding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting held on September 28, 2022:

1.Jarosław Wojczakowski, number of shares 6 382 500, number of votes 6 382500; share of votes in the total number of votes at the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders - 49.83%, 19.77% of the total number of votes,

2.Remigiusz Kościelny, number of shares 6,426,250, number of votes6,426,250; the share of votes in the total number of votes at theOrdinary General Meeting of Shareholders - 50.17%, 19.90% of the totalnumber of votes.
