The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;,_quot;the Issuer_quot;), with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 56/2020,announces that on August 10, 2023. The Issuer has decided to make anearly repayment of the twelfth and final installment under thearrangement approved on November 5, 2020 in the Company's acceleratedarrangement proceedings (hereinafter: _quot;Arrangement_quot;).

The principal installment is PLN 65.00 and the interest is PLN 1.47 perbond. The installment plus interest will be paid to the bondholders ofseries A bonds on August 24, 2023. According to the arrangement, theoriginal payment date for the twelfth arrangement installment wasSeptember 21, 2023.

Payment of the final arrangement installment will mark the finalexecution of the arrangement and fulfillment of the obligations underthe series A bonds. The company will announce with a separateannouncement that the court has issued an order for the execution of thearrangement.
