TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;),with reference to the current report of ESPI No. 56/2020, hereby informsthat on November 2nd, 2022, the Issuer decided to make an earlyrepayment of the sixth installment resulting from the approved onNovember 5, 2020 arrangement in accelerated arrangement proceedingsconcerning the Company.

Thecapital installment for one bond is PLN 85.00, and the interest is PLN6,69. The installment will be paid to the bondholders of series A bondson November 18th, 2022. According to the arrangement, the original dateof payment of the ninth arrangement installment was Decmber 21, 2022.

Makingan early repayment of the next arrangement installment does not changethe payment date of the remaining ones.
