Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;,_quot;the Issuer_quot;), informs that in connection with the resignation of Ms.Elżbieta H_#228;user-Schöneich on April 2, 2024 from her position as Memberof the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective April 30, 2024, theSupervisory Board on May 6, 2024, by way of co-optation, appointed Ms.Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn as Member of the Supervisory Board.

Pursuant to § 12(4) of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, Ms. AnnaPodkowińska-Tretyn will serve as a Member of the Supervisory Board untilthe next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company elects aMember/Member of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board also plans to appoint Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretynas a Member of the Audit Committee in place of Ms. ElżbietaH_#228;user-Schöneich.

Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn is an independent Chairwoman of the MindgramSupervisory Board, former Member of the Supervisory Boards of IAB Polandand Online Technologies. She is an experienced business leader,passionate about people and business development with 20 years ofexperience in building and managing organizations in the media,e-commerce and new technology sectors.

She also currently serves as CEO of Everli Poland/Chief BusinessInternational Officer. Previously, she was responsible for digitaltransformation and M_amp;A of Burda International in Poland and the CzechRepublic as Chief Digital Officer. Previously, she served as onlineChief Commercial Officer at Agora S.A. and CEO of Trader.com Poland. Shewas recognized in the report _quot;Strong Woman in IT 2023. Global EditionReport) and the Sifted report _quot;200+ female angel investors in Europe2023_quot;.

She is actively involved in many initiatives for women and supportsorganizations such as Vital Voices, Entrepreneurial Women's Club andmany others. She also serves as a mentor in many start-up projects andcompetitions, especially in programs supporting women.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), an ExecutiveMBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an AdvancedManagement Program from IESE Business School, Barcelona.
