Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (from now on: "the Company","the Issuer") informs that in connection with the announcement of theconvening of the Company's AGM for June 25, 2024, the agenda of whichincludes an item on the election of a new member of the SupervisoryBoard, it has received from Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn a submission ofher candidacy to the Supervisory Board.

Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn was appointed by way of co-option as aMember of the Supervisory Board, which the Company announced in thecurrent report ESPI No. 10/2024. Following § 12(4) of the Company'sStatute, Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn will serve as a Member of theSupervisory Board until the next General Meeting of Shareholders of theCompany elects a Member of the Supervisory Board.

In connection with the submission of candidacy to the Supervisory Board,the General Meeting will vote on the appointment of Ms. AnnaPodkowińska-Tretyn to the Supervisory Board of the Company for a 5-yearterm._#160;

Attached to this report, the Issuer transmits the candidate's statementof consent to candidacy. Below the Issuer provides the candidate'sprofessional resume. At the same time, the Issuer informs that thecandidate has submitted a statement on meeting the independence criteria.

Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn is an independent Member of the SupervisoryBoard of Vivid Games S.A. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mindgram,and a former Member of the Supervisory Boards of IAB Polska and OnlineTechnologies. She is an experienced business leader, passionate aboutpeople and business development with 20 years of experience building andmanaging organizations in the media, e-commerce, and new technologysectors.

She also currently serves as Country Director of Too Good Too Go,previously Chief Business International Officer of Everly. Previouslyresponsible for digital transformation and M_amp;A of Burda International inPoland and the Czech Republic as Chief Digital Officer. Before that, shewas the online Chief Commercial Officer at Agora S.A. and CEO ofTrader.com Poland. She was recognized in the report "Strong Woman in IT2023. Global Edition Report) and the Sifted report _#8216;200+ female angelinvestors in Europe 2023'.

She is actively involved in many women's initiatives and supportsorganizations such as Vital Voices, the Entrepreneurial Women's Club,and many others. She also serves as a mentor in many start-up projectsand competitions, especially in programs supporting women.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), the ExecutiveMBA of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and the AdvancedManagement Program of IESE Business School, Barcelona.
