(hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;) informs that on June 25, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting ofthe Company passed a resolution on the appointment of Ms. AnnaPodkowińska-Tretyn as a Member of the Company's Supervisory Board. Untilthe date of her appointment by the Ordinary General Meeting, Ms. AnnaPodkowińska-Tretyn served as a Member of the Company's Supervisory Boardon a co-opted basis by the remaining members on May 6, 2024.
