Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company","Issuer") informs that on October 22, 2024, the Company's SupervisoryBoard appointed Mr. Andrius P_#279;stininkas to the position ofVice-President of the Management Board.

The appointment is effective as of October 23, 2024 for 5 years.Following the submitted statement, the appointed Member of theManagement Board does not conduct activities competitive to the Companyand does not participate in a company competitive to the Company as apartner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body ofa capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legalperson as a member of its body. The appointed Member of the ManagementBoard is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedunder the Act on the National Court Register.

Mr. Andrius P_#279;stininkas is an accomplished finance professional with astrong background in investments, strategic management, and businessvaluation. As a member of the Supervisory Board at Mieszko S.A. andCENOS Sp. z o.o., plays a key role in overseeing corporate strategy,financial management, and investment decisions. He is also the CEO ofUAB EVA Grup_#279;, an investment company specialized in confectionerybusinesses. With experience as a former Financial Analyst at GeminiGrup_#279;, he has extensive expertise in financial modeling, due diligence,and performance forecasting.

Mr. Andrius P_#279;stininkas holds a Master's degree in Financial Markets anda Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics from Mykolas RomerisUniversity, where he was active in the Investors Club. He is also aChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
