The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;;_quot;Issuer_quot;) announces that on January 9, 2023, the President of theIssuer's Management Board, Jaroslaw Wojczakowski, submitted hisresignation from the Board of Directors, effective February 28, 2023.Mr. Jaroslaw Wojczakowski cited his desire for professional developmentoutside the Company as the reason for his resignation. By the end ofFebruary the Chairman of the Board will hand over his duties to thesecond Board Member, Piotr Gamracy.
