The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;,_quot;the Issuer_quot;), informs that in connection with the resignation of Mr.Remigiusz Koscielny from his position as a member and chairman of theSupervisory Board of the Company, submitted by Mr. Remigiusz Kościelnyon September 29, 2023, the Supervisory Board on October 13, 2023, by wayof co-optation, appointed Ms. Elżbieta H_#228;user-Schöneich as a member ofthe Supervisory Board.

Pursuant to Paragraph 12(4) of the Company's Articles of Association,Ms. Elżbieta H_#228;user-Schöneich will serve as a member of the SupervisoryBoard until the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Companyelects a member of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board plans to appoint Ms. Elisabeth H_#228;user-Schöneichalso as a member of the Audit Committee in place of Mr. RemigiuszKościelny.

Ms. Elżbieta H_#228;user-Schöneich is a member of the Supervisory Boards ofthe companies: Sanok Rubber Company and Atende, as well as a member ofAtende's Audit Committee and a member of Sanok Rubber Company'sNomination and Remuneration Committee.

She has been involved in the insurance and financial markets for most ofher more than 25-year career. A co-founder of the direct insurancemarket in Poland, she was awarded in 2010 by PIU for her services toinsurance. From 2019 to 2020, member of the Board of Directors of PZUand PZU Życie. Between 2015 and 2017, Member of the Management Board ofT-Mobile Poland responsible for the individual customer market.Previously, from 2008 to 2015, associated with the Aviva Group as VicePresident of the Management Board and Member of the Supervisory Board ofAviva Investors Poland TFI. From 2005 to 2007 he was associated with INGNationale - Nederlanden, and from 2002 to 2005 he was co-founder andmember of the Board of Link4. He also has experience in the medical,energy, FMCG and automotive industries. She is currently involved inEco-tech ventures.

She is a graduate of management programs at Stanford University, KelloggSchool of Management, INSEAD, CEDEP, LSE and LBS, UCLAN, and theGoodwill Management postgraduate program at the Warsaw School ofEconomics. He holds a master's degree from the Catholic University ofLublin and an EMBA from Collegium Humanum.

Ms. Elżbieta H_#228;user-Schöneich is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors. In addition, Ms. Elżbieta H_#228;user-Schöneich does not carry outactivities that are competitive with those carried out in the Company'sbusiness and does not participate in a competitive company as a partnerin a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of acompetitive capital company or as a member of a body of any othercompetitive legal entity and is an independent member.
