Vivendi: Information relating to Combined General Shareholders' Meeting on April 17, 2015

Vivendi's Combined General Shareholders' Meeting will take place at 10am on Friday, April 17, 2015, at L'Olympia, 28 Boulevard des Capucines in 75009 Paris.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and the resolutions text presented by the Management Board, is being published in today's issue of the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires.

The notice also explains how to participate and vote at this Shareholders' General Meeting.

Documents and information relating to this Shareholders' General Meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with the terms of relevant legislation and regulations.
