KG based in Langenzenn to Reitz GmbH, Bad Berneck with effect from 31 July 2003. The sale is not subject to approval by the Antitrust authorities. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. In accordance with its successful strategic realignment, Vivanco Gruppe is thus concentrating on its core business.
