Vivanco Gruppe AG confirms forecast of group results for 2006 – depreciated shareholdings in group companies in the individual financial statements

Vivanco Gruppe AG / Final Results

Release of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by
DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.
The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

The group key figures for 2006 met the ranges announced earlier (a turnover
of EUR 113.8 million, an operative EBITDA of negative EUR 3.4 million and
net profits of EUR 30.8 million). In the individual financial statements
Vivanco Gruppe AG had to make depreciations on the values of shareholdings
in group companies in an amount of EUR 14.8 million. To a significant part
these amortizations can be attributed to the group companies having to pay
loan interest at market rate again whereas they profited from a
'restructuring interest rate' in the preceding fiscal year. The annual
group net profit of Vivanco Gruppe AG after special items and restructuring
profits amounts to EUR 14.6 million.

In the first calendar quarter of 2007 a positive operative EBITDA was
achieved.
