VIVANCO significantly increases its Profit targets for 2004!

Vivanco Gruppe AG with its headquarter in Ahrensburg, Germany, is one of Europe’s leading accessory specialists in the field of Consumer Electronic, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Access Technology. The Company already enjoyed two strong quarters in its fiscal year 2004 as well as sales and EBIT were concerned. Both key figures exceeded budget. In the third consecutive quarter and despite a slow season, especially due to the summer vacation period in Europe, Vivanco again managed to generate higher than budgeted growth rates. New innovative products were successfully launched as well as the Company concentrated on profitable markets and took advantage of its new powerfull new business model. In the third quarter 2004 the turnover exceeded budget by 6.0 % and is up to 22.1 mill. EUR. The turnover of the first nine month closed at 77.0 mill. Euro which represents a plus of 13.6 % to budget. So Vivanco grew for three consecutive quarters in a row despite of rather stagnating respectively declining markets. The EBIT (Earnings before Interest and Taxes) showed for the third quarter with 0.5 mill. EUR a plus of 1.2 mill. EUR against budget. As per the first nine month the Company reached a positive EBIT of 2.5 mill. Euro and exceeded budget by 3.8 mill. EUR. Also for the fourth quarter 2004 Vivanco expects strong growth rates. Traditionally this last quarter always showed the strongest sales. Vivanco now assumes for the fiscal year 2004 a positive EBIT between 4 and 5 mill. EUR which represents a plus of more than 100 % against budget. It expects a turnover of more than 106 mill. EUR.
