TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE 2015 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT CONSTITUTING THE ANNUAL REPORT

The Company announces the publication of its Registration Document for 2015.

The Registration Document for fiscal year 2015 was submitted to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 27 April 2016.

This document is available on the websites of:
