Bastion Minerals Limited (ASX:BMO) ( Bastion Minerals or the Company ) advises that, in relation to the Appendix 2A - Notification of Issue, Conversion or Payment of Unquoted Equity Securities lodged on Friday, 12 November 2021, the 5,000,000 Options expiring 15 November 2024 with an Exercise Price of $0.25 each, were issued to Ledger Holdings Pty Ltd.
