Bastion Minerals Limited (ASX: BMO , Bastion or Company ) advises the results of the Company’s Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue ( Entitlement Issue ) announced to the ASX on 2 August 2024 which closed on 27 September 2024.
Pursuant to the Entitlement Issue, 37 valid applications were received for a total of $54,985.72 comprising a total of 7,855,103 shares and 2,618,382 free attaching options
In accordance with the amended timetable lodged with the ASX on 6 September 2024, the shares and options under the Entitlement Issue will be issued and allotted on Tuesday 1 October 2024 with quotation of the Entitlement Issue shares expected to commence on Wednesday 2 October 2024.
The Board will now work with the Lead Manager, GTT Ventures Pty Limited ( GTT ), to place the shortfall under the Entitlement Issue in its discretion as stated in section 2.10 of the Company’s Prospectus lodged with the ASX on 22 August 2024, in accordance with Listing Rule 7.2 exception 3, by no later than 27 December 2024, however the Board and GTT are confident the shortfall will be placed within the coming weeks.
