Bastion Minerals Limited (ASX: BMO ) (“ Bastion ” or “the Company ”) is pleased to announce that Mr Ross Landles has been appointed as Executive Chairman of Bastion Minerals as the Company continues to progress its portfolio of assets in the mineral-rich Atacama mining region in northern Chile. Current Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Ralph Stagg, has resigned from the Board, the Board thanks Mr Stagg for his services during his tenure.

• Bastion Minerals appoints Mr Ross Landles as Executive Chairman of Bastion Minerals

• Mr Landles will take the position after previously serving as an Executive Director of Bastion Minerals predating the Company’s Initial Public Offering. His global capital network is a huge benefit for the business.

• Mr Landles has a strong banking background and brings more than 25 years’ of global experience as a leader in equity capital markets transactions as well mergers and acquisitions across multiple sectors

• Mr Landles has held senior leadership roles, Director and Managing Director titles with global financial institutions – Rothschild Bank AG, Credit Suisse AG, UBS AG and Macquarie Bank Ltd.
