APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Vita Life Sciences (ASX: VLS) announces the appointment of Mr. Gregory Charles Ralph as a non-executive director of the Company effective today.

Mr. Ralph (64 years) holds both Bachelor and Master of Commerce degrees from UNSW and is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years’ professional experience. He has had a long association with VLS having acted as Investigating Accountant to the Company’s listing and statutory auditor until August 2013.

He was a director of Nexia Sydney Audit Pty Ltd, the Company’s current auditors, prior to his retirement from that firm in March 2018. He is also currently the Managing Director of Brown & Chase Advisory Pty Ltd and a director of a number of private investment and trading companies.

Mr. Ralph brings significant experience having worked across audit, tax, accounting and finance aspects of corporate transactions.
