In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 29 August 2025, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 323,444,732 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 324,585,128 Ordinary 50p shares on 29 August 2025 is due to the cancellation of 1,140,693 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme and the issue of 297 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 690,070 shares in Treasury. This remains unchanged from the shares held in Treasury on 29 August 2025.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 322,754,662 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
