Vistry Group PLC - Full year results revised date

Vistry Group plc announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the full year ended 31 December 2020.

The results will now be published on 4 March 2021, after Vistry Group's auditor PwC requested, in light of practical resource constraints due to the current lockdown, that flexibility be applied to the current year-end timetable.  This short delay will allow sufficient time for the auditor to complete its audit of the results and ensure the quality of its reporting.

The Company will hold a webcast presentation and live Q&A session on the morning of 4 March, details of which will be announced ahead of the event.
