Share buyback programme - management of the programme within the closed period

Vistry Group PLC (the "Group") refers to the announcement published on 11 December 2023, in which the Board of the Group confirmed the launch of a share buyback programme (the "Programme"), in line with the Group's capital allocation policy.

The Group has today issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis") and Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") (together the "Brokers") to continue to manage the Programme, within pre-set parameters, during the closed period ahead of the publication of the Group's Trading Update on 12 January 2024 and Full Year results on 14 March 2024.
