This annoucement confirms that Browning West LP a person closely associated ("PCA") with Usman Nabi, Non-Executive Director of the Company have purchased 800,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Shares") for a total gross sum of £7,449,694.72. Browning West LP is an independent investment partnership based in Los Angeles, California and currently the Company's largest shareholder of which Usman is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer.
