Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 September 2024, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 333,344,143 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 334,023,274 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 September 2024 is due to the cancellation of 679,351 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme and the issue of 220 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 600,097 shares in Treasury. The change from the 607,636 shares in Treasury on 30 September 2024 is due to the transfer of 7,539 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 332,744,046 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
