Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 31 July 2024, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 334,428,270 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 336,524,689 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 July 2024 is due to the cancellation of 2,102,276 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme and the issue of 5,857 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 616,935 shares in Treasury. The change from the 630,502 shares in Treasury on 31 July 2024 is due to the transfer of 13,567 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 333,811,335 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
