Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 29 December 2023, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 344,585,422 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The change from 346,867,534 Ordinary 50p shares on 29 December 2023 is due to the buyback of 2,295,210 shares by Vistry Group PLC, all of which have been cancelled or are in the process of being cancelled. The Company has issued 13,098 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC holds 1,152,448 shares in Treasury. The change from the 1,369,171 shares in Treasury on 29 December 2023 is due to the transfer of 216,723 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 343,432,974. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
