Vistin Pharma ASA : Share capital increase registered

Oslo, Norway, 9 May 2018

Vistin Pharma ASA (OSE: VISTIN), reference is made to the Company's

announcements on 8 May regarding the approval by the annual general meeting of

the Private Placement of 26,785,715 shares at a subscription price of NOK 11.20

per share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the new shares issued in the Private

Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises.

The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 43,840,650 consisting of

43,840,650 shares with a par value of NOK 1.00 per share.
