Vistin Pharma ASA : Employee share options

Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 16 March and 22 March

regarding the establishment of a new business area and the completion on a

private placement. The Company has today granted 1,829,451 employee share

options at a strike price of NOK 11.20. Total outstanding share options

following this grant is 1,829,451.
