Vistin Pharma ASA - Shareholding disclosur

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Vistin Pharma ASA regarding the successful completion of a private placement of approximately NOK 300 million (the "Private Placement").

Pactum AS has received conditional allocation of 2,678,572 new shares in the Private Placement. Following completion of the Private Placement, Pactum AS will own 2,678,572 shares in Vistin Pharma ASA which will constitute 6.11% percent of the shares and votes in Vistin Pharma ASA.
