acquired 205 828 shares at average purchase price of

NOK 16.9,- per share.

After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen and

associated companies hold 2 722 007shares in Vistin

Pharma ASA corresponding to 16 % (based on 17 054 935

outstanding shares).
