DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS

On 2 July 2015, the funds under management of QVT

Financial LP purchased 100,009 shares in Vistin

Pharma ASA, and accordingly, the funds under

management of QVT Financial LP, in the aggregate,

crossed over the 5% threshold.

The funds managed by QVT Financial LP hereafter own a

total of 887,656 shares in Vistin Pharma ASA, or

5.20% of the registered share capital.
