VISTIN PHARMA ASA - SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE

Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran"), a company

indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr.

John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate

family, has today sold 881,422 shares in Vistin

Pharma ASA, equalling 5.17% of the shares and votes

in the company. Following the sale, Geveran no longer

holds shares in Vistin Pharma. The foregoing

calculation is based on 17,054,935 outstanding shares

in Vistin Pharma.
