On 28 October 2015, the funds under management of QVT

Financial LP purchased 183,670 shares in Vistin Pharma

ASA, and accordingly, the funds under management of

QVT Financial LP, in the aggregate, crossed over the

15% threshold.

The funds managed by QVT Financial LP hereafter own a

total of 2,632,426 shares in Vistin Pharma ASA, or

15.43% of the registered share capital.
