Oslo, 25 May 2018: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements dated

9 May 2018 and 14 May 2018 regarding the subsequent repair issue of up to

4,464,286 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in Vistin Pharma ASA ("Vistin Pharma"

or the "Company") at a subscription price of NOK 11.20 per share (the

"Subsequent Repair Issue").

The subscription period for the Subsequent Repair Issue will expire today, 25

May 2018, at 16:30 CEST. Correctly completed subscription forms must be received

by the subscription office, or, in the case of online subscriptions, be

registered, within this deadline. Subscription rights that are not used to

subscribe for Offer Shares within this deadline will have no value and lapse

without compensation to the holder.
