Vistin Pharma ASA (Vistin Pharma, OSE: VISTIN) today announces that Vistin

Pharma's CFO, Gunnar Manum, has notified the company that he resigns from his

position, effective 31 December 2019. Vistin Pharma will immediately start the

process of recruiting his replacement.
