Vistin Pharma ASA: Appointment of new CFO

Oslo, Norway, 2 December 2019

Vistin Pharma ASA (Vistin Pharma, OSE: VISTIN), is pleased to announce that

Alexander Karlsen has been appointed new CFO of Vistin Pharma, and will take up

the position from 1 March, 2020.

Mr. Karlsen comes from the position as Country Finance Manager at GE Healthcare

Norway, where he has held several senior positions within finance and

controlling. From his finance roles, he has extensive experience from the

pharmaceutical manufacturing supply chain. He holds a M.Sc. in Business and

Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School.

As previously announced, Gunnar Manum has resigned from his CFO position

effective 31 December. Hans Lysheim will step in as interim CFO for the period

from 2 January to 28 February. He previously held the position as CFO of NHST

Media Group.
