ASIA LOGISTICS<00862> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Asia Logistics Technologies Limited ("ASIA LOGISTICS") have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 100 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of ASIA LOGISTICS into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from Wednesday, 07/07/2004, a temporary counter under stock code 2927 and stock short name "ASIA LOGISTICS" will be established for trading in board lots of 20 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 862) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
