ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INCREASES IN SHARE PRICE AND TRADING VOLUME

The Company noted the increases in the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company and the disposal of shares by the spouse of a director of the Company today.

This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The directors (the “Directors”) of Asia Logistics Technologies Limited (the “Company”) have noted the increases in the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company today. The Directors also noted that the spouse of Mr. Chan Ki, a director of the Company, had sold her beneficial interest in 1,500,000 shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital, of the Company held by a company wholly owned by her on the market today.

Save as the aforesaid disposal, the Directors wish to state that they are not aware of any reasons for such increases in the price and trading volume. The Directors also confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing Agreement, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.
