CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Wah Yik Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") announces that with effect from 29th June, 2000:

1. Mr. Hui Mang Mang resigned as the Chairman and Managing Director but remains to act as an Executive Director while Dr. Chan Kwok Keung, Charles has been appointed as the Chairman;

2. Mr. Hung Fan Wai, Wilfred redesignated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director; and

3. Mr. Xu Jian Biao resigned as an Executive Director.

The Board extends its appreciation to Mr. Xu Jian Biao for his past contribution to the Company.
