CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Wah Yik Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") are pleased to announce that :-

1. Mr. Chan Ki, the executive director, be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 21st July, 2000;

2. Mr. Lo Lin Shing, Simon be redesignated from Independent Non-Executive Director to Vice-Chairman and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 25th July, 2000; and

3. Mr. Wei Chi Kuan, Kenny be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 25th July, 2000.
