Viscom AG: economic conditions determine adjustments of forecast for the year 2008

Due to the recent events on the international financial markets and the
arising implications for the real economy, especially the automotive and
the automotive suppliers industry, it came to a considerable slump in
investment decisions.

This is especially mirrored in current incoming orders of Viscom since
September 2008. At the current point in time, Viscom does not assume that
the originally forecasted business goals for 2008 can still be met. The
executive board now estimates € 50 million to € 52 million in revenue and
an EBIT margin between 1 % and 3 %. With the new forecast, the company
differs from the original forecast of € 57 million to € 60 million and an
EBIT margin between 7 % and 9 %.

Viscom will publish its figures for the first nine months of 2008 on 12
November 2008 as planned.
