With reference to above, we wish to inform you that:

(a) The Board of Directors in their aforesaid meeting has inter-alia, approved audited financial results of the company (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2021 , as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Board together with cash flow statement for the half year ended September 30,2021 and statement of assets and liabilities as at September 30, 2021;

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we enclose statement showing the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2021 along with the Auditors' Report thereon, together with cash flow statement for the half year ended September 30,2021 and statement of assets and liabilities as at September 30, 2021 .

• (b) The Auditor has expressed an unmodified opinion(s) on the audited financial results of the company (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2021 .
• (c) Appointed Mr. M.Muralidhar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective from November 1, 2021 . His profile as required under CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 is enclosed herewith.
• (d) With regard to the new Vnext Boards unit in Udumalpet, Tirpur District, Tamilnadu, in furtherance to our communication reference VI LIS EC/ST. EXlBM-Outcome/2020-21/47 dated 04.11 .2020 we wish to inform that there is a delay in commencement of commercial production and is expected to commence in December 2021 .
