NOTICE OF EXTRA-ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING, BOOK CLOSURE AND E-VOTING INFORMATION Notice is hereby given that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, 22ND November, 2024, at 11.00 A.M. at 907-908, Dev Plaza, 9th Floor, Opp. Andheri Fire Station, S.V. Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai- 400058, Maharashtra, India to transact the Special business as mentioned in the notice convening the said EGM. In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("Act") read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 ("Rules"), the Company is providing electronic voting ("Remote e-voting") facility to members to enable them to cast their votes electronically.
