Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting for approval of Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022

This is to intimate that in Compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2022 at its Registered Office, inter alia, to consider the following:

• I. To adopt Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022;
• 1. To adopt and approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended 31st March, 2022 together with Profit and Loss Account as at that date and Report of the Auditors thereon;
• 1. To consider other business, if any.

In terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window closing period for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives has been commenced from April O I, 2022 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the date on which the results are declared.
